When you check in at an RDU Heatwave meeting or submit a form on this site, we may collect:
- Your name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Industry category and guest-of information
How We Use It
We use this information to:
- Track meeting attendance and manage team rosters
- Follow up with visitors and prospective members
- Send meeting reminders and team communications
Data Storage
Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. Data is processed through Vercel serverless functions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of the Two Twelve Referral Network organization.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality (service worker, form state). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
